The agreements, totaling approximately 40,000 square feet, take the buildings\u2019 occupancy level up to 96 percent. The tenants and the amount of space they are ready to fill are listed below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Equian, a financial healthcare solutions firm; 19,585 square feet<\/li>\n<li>Gallagher Benefit Services Inc.; 14,150 square feet<\/li>\n<li>True North Consultants Inc.; 4,445 square feet<\/li>\n<li>Kreamer Law Group; 1,654 square feet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Highly amenitized building<\/h2>\n<p>Naperville Woods Office is just one of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/nai-hiffman-brings-two-new-tenants-to-il-office-campus\/\">Illinois office buildings<\/a> leased and managed by NAI Hiffman. Located at 1000 &amp; 1100 E. Warrenville Road, just minutes from Interstate 88, it encompasses two facilities and 490,265 square feet of Class A space.
