Colliers International&#8217;s Vice President Jason Rexinis, President Jim Elcock, Executive Vice President John Carroll III, Senior Vice President Bill Lynch and Associate Nora Smith represented Duffy Properties in the lease transactions.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The 201,330-square-foot, five-story property\u00a0offers suite sizes ranging from 3,300 to 11,600 square feet. The new tenants are Axis Promotions, CGI, Mortgage Network, Caras &amp; Shulman and AAM 15 Mgmt. Duffy and Colliers have worked together to bring the vacancy down to one 15,000-square-foot portion. The building is located within the larger Blanchard Woods campus and features a cafeteria with an outdoor patio and a fitness center with lockers and showers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe credit Duffy Properties for its proactive and aggressive approach to making deals and look forward to bringing 78 Blanchard to full occupancy,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0said Rexinis, in prepared remarks.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Colliers International recently appointed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/colliers-welcomes-back-jessica-sawyer-as-evp\/\">Jessica Sawyer<\/a>, a former employee, as executive vice president of operations.
