The asset was purchased from Gramercy Property Trust for $9.1 million.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Located at 1000 Century Park Drive, the 68,867-square-foot\u00a0building\u00a0consists of flour floors and was built in 1984. The\u00a0asset\u00a0sits on 7.9 acres in Tampa&#8217;s Westshore business district, across the street from HCI&#8217;s corporate headquarters.
