Both sides of the transaction were represented by SVN \u2013 Rich Investment Real Estate&#8217;s\u00a0partner,\u00a0the Pacific Bridge Team of commercial real estate advisors, which consists of Jeff Albee, Travis Albee and Tilden Moschetti.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWith this sale, Willow Lane will be entirely renovated and will continue attracting top-tier medical professionals to serve the local community,\u201d <\/em>said Travis Albee, vice president of SVN\u2019s Pacific Bridge Team, in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n<h2>Upcoming Renovations<\/h2>\n<p>The new owners, who are planning to remodel the common areas, upgrade tenant improvements\u00a0 and renovate the building&#8217;s fa\u00e7ade, bought the asset for $8.9 million.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWith the forthcoming improvements to the asset, the sale of 3180 Willow Lane is a great win for the City of Westlake Village and its<a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/how-health-care-planning-design-can-foster-community\/\"> medical community<\/a>,\u201d<\/em> said Tilden Moschetti, CCIM, in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n<p><em>Image courtesy of SVN \u2013 Rich Investment Real Estate<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Located in the heart of Westlake Village, Calif., the 29,783-square-foot medical building was sold for $8.9 million.
