The property, owned and developed by Centurion American Development Group,\u00a0was designed by Merriman Anderson\/Architects and\u00a0is managed by Aimbridge Hospitality.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel is located in the heart of the city at 1914 Commerce St. The 19-story, mixed-use\u00a0asset offers 159 guestrooms, 219 residences, nightlife venues, specialty retail, 33,000 square feet of meeting space, a rooftop pool and lounge, fitness center, bowling and games area, a 13,154-square-foot ballroom and five restaurants: Overeasy, Bourbon &amp; Banter, Fine China, Scout and Waterproof.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Historic Hilton hotel\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>Originally built in 1956 as one of Conrad Hilton&#8217;s first convention properties, The Statler was seen as a pioneer hotel and credited with establishing Dallas as an epicenter for business and entertainment. More than 60 years later,\u00a0Centurion reopened the property as part of the Curio Collection.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;We are honored to reopen the doors of The Statler.
