Lerner Enterprises secured a 23,000-square-foot lease at a 305,000-square-foot trophy tower in Tysons, Va. The tenant, business management consultant firm<\/a> Cross Country Consulting, will take up the entire 11th floor for its upcoming headquarters.<\/p>\n

“Ranked by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in the nation, we are thrilled that Cross Country Consulting will continue to grow in their success at Tysons II,<\/em>\u201d Lerner Enterprises Principal Mark Lerner said in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n

LEED Silver-certified<\/h2>\n

The 13-story asset was built in 2001 and features a state-of-the-art fitness center, newly renovated on-site caf\u00e9, a two-story lobby, landscaped surroundings and underground parking. Additionally, it earned LEED Silver certification in 2014 for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance.<\/p>\n

The property is located at 1600 Tysons Blvd., within Lerner’s Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II in Tysons, Va., the largest office market in Virginia. A climate-controlled pedestrian skywalk connects the asset to all the buildings within the campus, but also neighborhood amenities such as Tysons Galleria, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, restaurants, retailers, entertainment options, parks and wellness centers. It is also situated two blocks from the Tysons Corner Metro Station and provides easy access to the Capital Beltway and Dulles Toll Road.<\/p>\n

JLL\u2019s Brian Tucker and John Dragelin represented the landlord in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield\u2019s Harold Jacobsen IV acted on behalf of the tenant.<\/p>\n
