Johnson Freeway, a 32,154-square-foot office building in Dallas.<\/p>\n<p>The property is situated on 1.6 acres next to multiple bus stations, restaurants and hotels, including Pollo Regio, Homewood Suites by Hilton and Extended Stay America. Completed in 1982, the two-story asset features 36 office suites, upgraded interior, landscaping and signage as well as more than 100 parking spaces.<\/p>\n<p>Representing the seller, a private investor, Cody Payne and Wayne Bares, senior associates with Marcus &amp; Millichap\u2019s Fort Worth branch, had the exclusive listing to market the property. Payne and Bares also secured the buyer, a limited liability company.
