The New Cambria Hotel in New Orleans’ Warehouse District<\/p><\/div>\n

Choice Hotels partnered with Fillmore Capital Partners and Fillmore Hospitality to open a 162-key property in New Orleans\u2019 Warehouse District. It will operate under Choice\u2019s upscale Cambria brand, which currently has 32 properties open across the U.S. The hospitality company owns 16 other hotels within the city of New Orleans, under its various other brands, such as Sleep Inn & Suites, Ascend, Comfort Inn and EconoLodge.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is another important milestone for the Cambria Hotels brand as we continue to open in markets with a balance of cultural and corporate offerings demanded and valued by today\u2019s modern traveler. We\u2019re thrilled to once again have worked with Fillmore Hospitality to bring this great property to market. It follows recent Cambria and Fillmore Capital Partners openings in Los Angeles \u2013 LAX<\/a>, Chicago Magnificent Mile, and Southlake \u2013 DFW,<\/em>\u201d said Janis Cannon, senior vice president of upscale brands at Choice Hotels, in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n

The newly constructed property is situated at 632 Tchoupitoulas St., within the city\u2019s central business district and only a few blocks away from the French Quarter. Many attractions are located within easy reach, including Caf\u00e9 Du Monde, the Mercedes-Benz Superdrome, Ernest Morial Convention Center, The National WWII Museum, and Harrah\u2019s Casino.<\/p>\n

The Cambria Hotel New Orleans Warehouse District features contemporary on-site dining with local specialties, cocktails and local craft beers. Guests have access to two meeting rooms, of 600 square feet each, available in different configurations. Other amenities include a fitness center, health club with spa, and a lounge with bar. Several light rail stations are located close to the property,\u00a0offering easy access to other parts of the city.<\/p>\n
