Guests can walk to nearby downtown\u00a0<span class=\"xn-location\">Menlo Park<\/span>\u00a0or easily access any of the top Silicon Valley businesses,&#8221;<\/em> said\u00a0<span class=\"xn-person\">Jeff Pollock, senior vice president <\/span>of Pollock Realty Corp., in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n<p>HALL Structured Finance\u00a0has closed construction loans across the country this year totaling\u00a0<span class=\"xn-money\">$160 million<\/span>.
