The company previously leased 3,350 square feet of office space in the same building, for 23 years. In the new lease, which has a five-year term, CBRE represented the landlord.<\/p>\n<p>Piper Jaffray needed larger premises to accommodate anticipated growth, while at the same time remodeling its offices.
