The 127,500-square-foot Building I and the 300,000-square-foot Building II will reside on 90 acres of land along Interstate 495. The developers purchased the site from Welltower.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Campanelli has developed 13 other <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/moderna-to-open-manufacturing-plant-in-suburban-boston\/\">business parks in Massachusetts<\/a>, including the Campanelli Business Parks of Middleborough, Freetown, Stoughton, Brockton, Westfield and Braintree, as well as\u00a0Upland Woods in Norwood\u00a0and Weymouth Woods Corporate and Medical Centers in Weymouth.<\/p>\n<h2>Industrial demand\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>The Campanelli Business Park of Bellingham\u00a0is positioned in\u00a0a rapidly growing \u201couter belt\u201d of metro Boston, with easy highway access and direct routes to the cities of Boston and Providence, R.I. Andrew Sacher of AIS CRE represented the seller and JLL&#8217;s industrial team of Richard Schuhwek and Edward Jarosz will handle leasing, once the project is completed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe Business Park of Bellingham is perfectly positioned to capture the increasing tenant demand being driven by the rise in e-commerce activity,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0said\u00a0Jarosz, in prepared remarks. <em>\u201cThe development offers outstanding highway access and visibility via Interstate 495, paired with state-of-the-art design features ideally suited to meet the requirements of today\u2019s modern industrial user.
