Greenpointe Logistics Center, a 495,977-square-foot facility, is slated for completion in late spring 2018.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>With a strong labor force in the area, this building will meet the growing demand for space, while satisfying both employees and tenants with a centrally located, modern industrial facility,<\/em>\u201d said Douglas Swain, vice president of real estate development\u00a0at Opus, in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n<p>Greenpointe Logistics Center, located east of Interstate 65, on a 31-acre lot, will have a flexible structure with two entrances off Graham Road. Designed\u00a0to accommodate one or two tenants, the cross-dock facility is expected to feature 36-foot clear heights and an ample parking lot, among other amenities.<\/p>\n<p>Opus Development Co. is the developer, Opus Design Build\u00a0serves as design-builder and Opus AE Group\u00a0is the project&#8217;s architect and structural engineer of record. The same team has\u00a0worked on\u00a0constructions totaling more than 7.4 million square feet of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/opus-hands-in-two-hqs-in-illinois\/\">industrial space<\/a>\u00a0during the past 24 months, across the country.
