TREIS President Adam Tiktin will lead marketing efforts on behalf of the owner.<\/p>\n<p>Located on 8.3 acres at 1750 NE 167<sup>th<\/sup> St. in North Miami Beach, the campus offers 245,389 square feet of gross leasable space and features two vacant technology education buildings\u2014a three-story, 28,000-square-foot building and a four-story, 52,800-square-foot building\u2014as well as a five-story, 153,000-square-foot NSU Health Care Center, of which 28,000 square feet are currently occupied by health clinics. The buildings were constructed in 1961 and 1982. Additionally, the site includes a three-story parking garage, two parking lots and a 53,452-square-foot vacant lot.<\/p>\n<h2>Value-add\u00a0opportunity<\/h2>\n<p><em>\u201cThis is an exceptional redevelopment opportunity for investors. A site of this size offers various new development and renovation options,\u201d<\/em> said Tiktin, in a prepared statement. <em>\u201cWith the approved rezoning changes and so many new projects in the pipeline, it is a very exciting time for the City of North Miami Beach.\u201d\u00a0<\/em>TREIS recently closed the sale of two <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/treis-closes-sale-of-tampa-retail-assets\/\">retail properties in Tampa<\/a>, Fla.<\/p>\n<p>Situated along Snake Creek and close to Interstate 95 and the Florida Turnpike, the site is suitable for a charter school, a university campus, an office complex or multifamily use.
