The property is slated for opening in Fall 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Located on the northeast corner of Interstate 25 and 136 Avenue, in the northern part of the Denver metro area, the development will sit on approximately 55 acres. Denver Premium Outlets will feature approximately 80 shops\u00a0and will be the only outlet center serving the north side of Denver.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>We chose this location due to the tremendous development, economic and population growth that Thornton and the Denver metro area is currently experiencing. We have enjoyed a terrific partnership with the City and are looking forward to becoming a part of the Thornton community,\u201d <\/em>Stephen Yalof, CEO of Simon Premium Outlets, said in a statement. <em>\u201cDesigned to fit in with Colorado\u2019s unique, outdoor-oriented lifestyle, Denver Premium Outlets will serve the Greater Denver area, providing great brands, dining and shopping for residents and visitors alike.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The retail destination will be the 92<sup>nd<\/sup> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/simon-debuts-clarksburg-premium-outlets\/\">Premium Outlets center<\/a> in Simon\u2019s portfolio.
