Elite Street Capital acquired the 162,000-square-foot office building.<\/p>\n<p>The 16-story building occupies 1.3 acres next to Interstate 610. The asset is in the vicinity of multiple public transportations, shopping and dining options, including Maggiano\u2019s Little Italy, ARA Restaurant and Post Oak Shopping Center. Completed in 1974, the property was completely renovated in 2014. Tenants at 2100 West Loop South include Republic Gathering &amp; Marketing, Resolution Partners and ManpowerGroup.<\/p>\n<p>HFF\u2019s Dan Miller, senior managing director, and Martin Hogan, senior director, represented the seller and procured the buyer. Additionally, the team secured a five-year, 4.25 percent, fixed-rate acquisition loan provided by Greystone.
