Of the 610 keys, 270 are Premium Queen sized at 140 square feet, 148 are Premium Queen View, 115 are Premium Queen with one bunk and 56 are Premium Queen View with one bunk of the same size. Seven rooms are\u00a0First Class with deck rooms sized at 279 square feet and VIP View Suites sized at 560 square feet. Each room is equipped with an adjustable Smartbed, a technowall and smart TV.<\/p>\n<h2>First-class\u00a0amenities<\/h2>\n<p>YO! Founder Simon Woodroffe\u00a0and YOTEL CEO Gerard Greene created the concept, which drew inspiration from Japanese capsule hotels and the sense of compact luxury from the British Airways first class lounge. Amenities at YOTEL Singapore include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wi-Fi<\/li>\n<li>outdoor luxury swimming pool<\/li>\n<li>outdoor showers<\/li>\n<li>terrace<\/li>\n<li>laundry service<\/li>\n<li>24-hour fitness center<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Located at 366 Orchard Road,\u00a0the hotel\u00a0offers convenient access to the city\u2019s main attractions, such as ArtScience Museum, Chinatown, Clarke Quay, Singapore Botanic Gardens and Singapore Flyer. Yat Yuen Hong Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Hong Fok Corp. Ltd., will manage the property.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cGiven YOTEL is heavily inspired by Asian culture, it is fantastic that we are launching such an iconic project as our first in Asia. The location is one of the best in Singapore and we have fantastic partners in Hong Fok Group that share our vision,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0Greene said in a statement<em>. \u201cYOTEL will bring a unique hotel experience to Singapore.
