The unit is one of the borough\u2019s\u00a0largest retail structures, as it encompasses two full city blocks in the Waterfront\/Kent Avenue retail corridor.<\/p>\n<p>The property is located at 22 N. 6<sup>th<\/sup> St., within The Edge, a two-tower master-planned development comprising 1,450 residential units. The retail condominium boasts an underground parking garage with 491 parking spaces, premium frontage along Kent Avenue and North 6th Street, nearly 1.8 acres of open space and a public esplanade.\u00a0The condominium is 81 percent occupied by tenants such as CVS Pharmacy and Brooklyn Harvest Market.<\/p>\n<h2>Amenity-filled neighborhood<\/h2>\n<p>Located on the East River waterfront in a highly transited area, the residential unit\u00a0connects to the Brooklyn Flea Food Market.
