The company marketed the property on behalf of B &amp; B Realty, and procured the buyer, MJC Inc. The property sold for $4 million, or $24 per square foot.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 415 Grassdale Road, the asset is close to Interstate 75 and approximately 55 miles\u00a0from Atlanta. The buyer is a provider of custom coating solutions for corrosion prevention and architectural purposes. MJC also performs structural, mechanical and electrical modifications for manufacturers such as Trane, Carrier, JCI, Daikin and others.<\/p>\n<p>NAI Brannen Goddard Senior Vice President Mark Sheffield and Vice President David Richardson led the sales team in this transaction.
