The seller was a joint venture formed of institutional investors advised and managed by MetLife Investment Management.<\/p>\n<p>TCC has been busy in D.C., recently teaming up with\u00a0Meadow Partners to purchase an 80 percent condominium interest in the\u00a0Motion Picture Association of America\u00a0Building, located in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/tcc-meadow-partners-to-redevelop-building-near-the-white-house\/\">D.C.\u2019s central business district<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Value-Add Location<\/h2>\n<p>Located at 45 L St. NW, Sentinel Square is part of the selling partnership&#8217;s three phase campus.
