The building features 4,000 square feet of retail, 1,010 parking spaces and is currently 98 percent leased.<\/p>\n<h2>First Silver Core &amp; Shell<\/h2>\n<p>KBS purchased the asset in 2014 from JP Morgan Asset Management for $132.5 million. The property is known for being the first LEED Silver Core &amp; Shell certified building in the world and is only one of seven in the market to have achieved Platinum.
