The asset is owned and managed by Boxer Property.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Located at 4100 Alpha Road, the 227,000-square-foot property sits a mile from Interstate 635. The asset also offers convenient access to multiple bus stations, restaurants and hotels, including Genghis Grill Franchise Concepts, DoubleTree by Hilton and Extended Stay America. The Centre was completed in 1981 and features more than 900 parking spaces.<\/p>\n<p>Stream Realty Partners\u2019 Todd Noonan, senior vice president, represented the tenant in the renewal. Boxer Property Management\u2019s Mark Dowdle and Jordan Myller represented the landlord.
