Joseph Kennedy, president of CIP, represented the seller and the buyer in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/cip-arranges-sale-of-oregon-hotel\/\">Oregon hotel transaction<\/a>. The sale price was undisclosed.<\/p>\n<h2>Luxury boutique hotel<\/h2>\n<p>Located at 310 N. Water St., the property is a five-minute walk from a mix of shopping, dining and entertainment venues in the downtown historic district of Silverton. Silverton Inn &amp; Suites is a luxury boutique hotel situated less than a mile from the Oregon Garden and minutes from Silver Falls State Park.<\/p>\n<p>The two-story hotel features suites and standard rooms with one- and two-queen beds. Common area amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an outdoor terrace and vending machines for an extra charge. Additionally, Silverton Inn &amp; Suites is pet-friendly.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>This opportunity in the quaint resort town of Silverton generated tremendous interest immediately. The town has exceptional proximity to the state capitol of Salem, as well as the Portland,Ore., metro region, and enjoys strong, year-round visitor demand,\u201d <\/em>Joseph Kennedy said in a statement<em>. \u201cWe were pleased to find a strong, qualified buyer ready to close quickly.
