The 32,000-square-foot Logan Exchange marks the firm\u2019s seventh location in the area.<\/p>\n<p>The seven-story asset is located at 1509 16<sup>th<\/sup> St. NW and was built in 1910. The landlord, MRP Realty, invested $4 million in renovations to the property, managing to keep its vintage feeling due to refurbished exposed brick walls, vinyl hardwood floors, exposed ceilings and multiple fireplaces.
