In his leadership role, Hoover will focus on business growth, asset management and facility acquisition for Meridian\u2019s portfolio of major <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/dominguez-sells-la-officemedical-asset-for-49m\/\">medical industry<\/a> clients in the Southern California market. He will be based in the company\u2019s office located in the same area.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;I am excited to be joining the Meridian team<\/em>,&#8221; said Hoover, in prepared remarks. &#8220;<em>Meridian is highly recognized as an industry leader in the health-care sector and has the best people and the best resources to deliver prime real estate solutions to the industry. I\u2019m looking forward to using my experience in and knowledge of the health-care industry to add value to Meridian\u2019s already stellar client services focus.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Two decades in the business<\/h2>\n<p>Andrew Hoover is a graduate of University of Southern California. During his career, he managed several large acquisitions at Providence St. Joseph Health in Torrance, Calif., where he held various positions.
