He has been working at the company since 2012 as president of Norris &amp; Stevens\/TCN Worldwide. In this role, Mitchell will be responsible for Dave Plumley of Principal Associates\/TCN Worldwide in Detroit.<\/p>\n<h2>Extensive industry experience<\/h2>\n<p>With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Mitchell served as senior vice president and director of sales &amp; leasing at Norris &amp; Stevens for more than three years. Prior to joining Norris &amp; Stevens, he worked at Harsch Investment Properties LLC as senior vice president of acquisitions. For more than 10 years he oversaw Harsch\u2019s acquisition and disposition operations on the West Coast. He was responsible for all product types within the following markets: Seattle, Portland, Ore., San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, Calif., Las Vegas, Southern California and Phoenix.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cTim is a recognized leader in the commercial real estate industry, and Norris &amp; Stevens has been a member of TCN Worldwide since 1991.
