These hotels mark the debut of the brand in Mexico.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Located within Cabo del Sol, a master-planned golf resort community, Park Hyatt Los Cabos will feature 162 guestrooms and 28 Park Hyatt Residences across a 26-acre site. The hotel is slated for completion in late 2020.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>All the Details<\/h2>\n<p>Developed through a joint venture with Grupo Sordo Madaleno, the Park Hyatt Mexico City will be a part of a mixed-use development in the neighborhood of Polanco. The building will feature 155 guestrooms and 23 Park Hyatt Residences. The hotel is scheduled to be completed by early 2021.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cPark Hyatt hotels and resorts are masters of detail, and we expect Park Hyatt Los Cabos and Park Hyatt Mexico City will deliver understated elegance and intuitive refinement for guests with an appreciation for world-class architecture, design and cuisine,\u201d\u00a0<\/em>said Pat McCudden, senior vice president of capital strategy, real estate and development for Hyatt, in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, Park Hyatt opened a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/park-hyatt-to-open-new-hotel-in-the-caribbean-islands\/\">Banana Bay hotel<\/a>, a 133-key\u00a0Hyatt located\u00a0 on the South East Peninsula of the Caribbean Island.<\/p>\n<p><em>Image courtesy of Hyatt Hotels Corp.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Two new luxury hotels in Los Cabos and Mexico City are scheduled to open in late 2020 and early 2021, respectively.
