The hotel will be leased by Scandic, who has signed a 20-year lease agreement.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Located in Scanport close to Copenhagen airport, the 357-key hotel will comprise around 275,000 square feet of space, with 201,000 square feet dedicated to hotel and conference facilities and a 73,000-square-foot basement and parking garage.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The company\u00a0will be working in partnership with contractor KPC K\u00f8benhavn A\/S. Construction is scheduled to begin in January 2018 and completed by September 2020.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Recently, Skanska\u00a0shelled out $56 million for phase I of Nowy Rynek, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/skanska-invests-56m-in-poland\/\">mixed-use development<\/a> in Poznan, Poland.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>Image courtesy of Skanska\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The 357-key hotel will comprise around 275,000 square feet of space.
