The building, served by Union Pacific railroad, is situated in the northeastern corner of the 610 Loop.<\/p>\n<p>Headquartered in Houston, the new owner is a supplier of multiple kinds of plastic resins. The facility, located at 550 Aleen St., is ideally connected to Houston\u2019s petrochemical plants and Port Houston by way of interstates 10 and 610 and Texas State Highway 225, and will serve as the company\u2019s global manufacturing and distribution center. The building features eight rail doors, 27-foot clear heights, 44 dock-high doors and a fully fenced truck court.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe\u2019re seeing sustained demand from the plastics industry for rail-served properties,\u201d <\/em>Ryan Fuselier, senior vice president of JLL, said in a prepared statement. <em>\u201cThe location, size and rail-served capacity of this property offers Polymers Packaging &amp; Warehousing Inc. the chance to bring some of their storage and packaging needs in-house and will support the continued growth of their business operations.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Fuselier and Travis Secor, also of JLL, represented the buyer.
