The tenant was already using 48,871 square feet of office space in the building and expanded it by 8,486 square feet. The brokers who negotiated the agreement on behalf of SunTrust Bank are Executive Managing Director Kirk Diamond, Vice President April Parrish, Director Erin Smith and Transaction Manager Steven Taylor. The landlord, Windsor at Convergence 211, was represented by JLL Senior Vice President Jeff Frantz.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>After a comprehensive <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/atlanta-city-on-the-upswing\/\">market evaluation<\/a>, SunTrust determined renewing and expanding its lease at 211 Perimeter Center Parkway was the best fit for a number of reasons, including proximity to MARTA and its current workforce, as well as amenities within the building and the market,<\/em>\u201d said Diamond in prepared remarks.<\/p>\n<p>The 10-story office building provides 223,091 square feet of Class A space, a caf\u00e9, an outdoor sitting area and a fitness center. Recent improvements to the property include an upgraded two-story atrium lobby and a new building-wide HVAC system. Aside from SunTrust bank, the tenant roster also includes PMG.net, Agro America, Leadership Strategies and WellCorpRx.
