Brigitte Beltran, Director, Perkins+Will<\/p><\/div>\n

Brigitte Beltran is the new addition to architecture firm Perkins+Will\u2019s Boston office. The company, which is currently designing the largest multi-tenant science campus in Boston<\/a>\u2019s Waltham\/Lexington submarkets, hired Beltran as director of business development for corporate interiors.<\/p>\n

Her responsibilities include expanding the office\u2019s client base, as well as identifying and implementing workplace strategies for companies, especially those active in the science and technology fields. Beltran will collaborate with Director of Interior Design Jeannine Campbell and Bill Harris, the science and technology regional practice leader.<\/p>\n

Interdisciplinary experience<\/h2>\n

Beltran has more than 13 years of experience in the architecture and design industry as well as in real estate. In order to fill in her new position, she left a similar role within Sasaki Associates, where she worked with major corporate clients, such as Wolverine Worldwide, Osram Sylvania and Microsoft. Prior to this, she founded an interior design firm, BB Interior Design and was also the director of client services with Burt Hill, a Stantec company.<\/p>\n

Beltran is also an active member in several New England associations such as CoreNet New England, where she co-chairs the awards committee and serves on the education committee, the Commercial Brokers Association, where she is part of the board of directors and the New England French Foreign Counsel. She has been awarded a master’s degree in corporate real estate in workplace strategy through CoreNet Global.<\/p>\n
