Located 28 minutes from O&#8217;Hare International Airport, the building is within close proximity to attractions such as the Chicago Board of Trade, State Street, the Art Institute of Chicago, Millennium Park, the Magnificent Mile, Museum Campus and Willis Tower.<\/p>\n<p>The HFF investment sales team of Senior Managing Directors Jaime Fink and Jeffrey Bramson, Senior Director Jeff Bucaro and Associate Nicole Aguiar, represented the seller.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cHyatt Centric is an excellent example of the strong demand by global investors\u2019 desire to acquire high quality real estate assets in the Chicago CBD,&#8221;<\/em> Fink told <em>Commercial Property Executive.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Hotel Features<\/h2>\n<p>The pet-friendly, 257-key full-service hotel was developed in 2015 by Murphy Development as an art deco building. Situated\u00a0at 100 W.
