Other tenants include St. Vincent&#8217;s MultiSpecialty Group, WestMed, the Center for Advanced Pediatrics and more than 100 physicians.\u00a0According to Greeley, more than 10 of the nation\u2019s most active medical office investors pursued the asset in a competitive process.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWith immediate highway access and a strategic position near Norwalk Hospital, Cross Street Medical Center serves one of Connecticut\u2019s strongest patient demographics,\u201d<\/em> said Greeley, in prepared remarks. <em>\u201cInvestors recognized an opportunity to acquire a well-established medical office building that is widely known by physicians and patients alike.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In July, Anchor Health\u00a0also acquired Fletcher Parkway Medical Center, a 82,024-square-foot <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/anchor-health-buys-san-diego-hospital-campus-mob\/\">medical office building<\/a> in La Mesa, Calif.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>Image courtesy of Marcus Partners<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The company purchased the 71,401-square-foot Cross Street Medical Center in Norwalk, Conn.
