The company will take up 15,000 square feet of space at the suburban New Jersey property. The second tenant, IT services and solutions firm Acuative, has inked a 6,500-square-foot lease and will relocate its headquarters from the nearby 30 Two Bridges Road.<\/p>\n<p>The property is located at 695 Route 46 and recently underwent a series of renovations that included a refurbished four-story atrium lobby and common areas. It also features a caf\u00e9, fitness center with locker rooms and showers, a 5\/1,000 parking ratio and an upcoming shared conference center. Building signage is also available.<\/p>\n<h2>Tech tenants<\/h2>\n<p>The facility offers direct access to interstates 80 and 287, as well as to the Garden State Parkway. Nearby amenities include eateries, hotels, retailers, schools and a sports club. Other tenants include\u00a0inRange Solutions, Soyventis, Transparent Energy and Capstone Research Inc., to name a few.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Colliers\u2019 Richard Mirliss and Alex Vitro represented the landlord in both lease transactions. Avison Young\u2019s J.C. Giordano and Tim Lohmann acted on behalf of Fusion, while Colliers\u2019 Michael Tesser and Ryan Haggerty represented Acuative.
