The park underwent a $2.7 million renovation that included upgrades to lobbies, restrooms, base building and common areas. Additionally, it features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High ceilings<\/li>\n<li>Loading dock access<\/li>\n<li>Efficient floor plates<\/li>\n<li>Fitness center with lockers and showers<\/li>\n<li>On-site caf\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Ample parking<\/li>\n<li>A 227-room Holiday Inn hotel within the park<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Headquarters quality environment\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>The property is located along Interstate 495, 18 miles northwest of Boston, and it provides easy access to major roads such as interstates 3 and 93.
