The acquisitions were led by NKF CEO Barry Gosin and Valuation &amp; Advisory President John Busi.<\/p>\n<p>Because of the franchise nature of IRR offices, the deal actually consists of five individual transactions. It\u2019s five, not six, an NKF spokesperson explained to <em>Commercial Property Executive<\/em>, because the Baltimore and Washington offices share the same ownership.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>IRR Atlanta has served Georgia and the Southeast since 1999 and is led by Sherry Watkins and Carl Schultz Jr.<\/li>\n<li>IRR Baltimore also covers Maryland\u2019s Eastern Shore. It began 27 years ago as Patrick C. Kerr Appraisal Group and later became Kerr Realty Advisors and is led by Edward Kerr.<\/li>\n<li>IRR New York and New Jersey has served the Tri-State Area for the past 18 years and is headed by Raymond Cirz and Matthew Krauser.<\/li>\n<li>IRR Philadelphia, previously Joseph Dennis Pasquarella &amp; Co., has covered southern New Jersey, central Pennsylvania and the Lehigh Valley for 18 years. It\u2019s led by Joseph Pasquarella, Michael Silverman and John Pasquarella.<\/li>\n<li>IRR Washington, D.C., which began 27 years ago as Patrick C. Kerr Appraisal Group, covers metro D.C. and Virginia.<\/li>\n<li>IRR Wilmington, Del., was founded in 2005 as a spin-off from IRR Philadelphia, and is led by Douglas Nickel and Joseph Pasquarella.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Financials on the deal were not disclosed. Helene Jacobson and Steve DuPlantis, both formerly of CBRE, joined NKF as co-leaders of U.S. Valuation and Advisory.<\/p>\n<p>Ken Audette was brought in as senior managing director of finance and operations for NKF\u2019s Valuation &amp; Advisory practice. He started writing about CRE in 1988 for a group of Chicago-based publications and in 1989 became the editor of Midwest Real Estate News. After moving on from there in 1991, Baltic continued writing occasionally about real estate, for publications like the Chicago Sun-Times, National Real Estate Investor, Urban Land, Shopping Center World and Architect\u2019s Newspaper.
