Developers Crosland and Alta Financial Services, part of the Allen Tate Family of Cos., in partnership with Chartwell Hospitality, own and developed the property. Chartwell Hospitality will manage\u00a0both properties.<\/p>\n<p>Located at 4808 Sharon Road, in the state\u2019s major commercial hub, the two-story building sits on approximately 3.5 acres and offers convenient access to SouthPark Mall, which provides a mix of shipping, dining and entertainment venues.<\/p>\n<h2>Tourist location<\/h2>\n<p><em>&#8220;Boasting attractions like Freedom Park, BB&amp;T Ballpark, the NASCAR Hall of Fame and several museums contributing to the city&#8217;s versatility and vibrancy, the Charlotte region attracts visitors for many reasons,&#8221;<\/em> John Bensing, general manager of the dual-brand property, said in a statement. <em>&#8220;Whether visiting for business or leisure, our dual-brand property provides diverse accommodations for visitors with varying needs, and our convenient location and value-added amenities deliver savings and quality that today&#8217;s guests demand.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Homewood Suites by Hilton Charlotte\/SouthPark and Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte\/SouthPark\u2014two separate hotels in one property\u2014have two separate lobbies and dining areas, offering 3,000 square feet of meeting space for up to 200 people.<\/p>\n<p>The development features amenities such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>resort-style outdoor heated pool<\/li>\n<li>24-hour fitness center<\/li>\n<li>business center<\/li>\n<li>meeting rooms<\/li>\n<li>baggage storage<\/li>\n<li>laundry\/valet services<\/li>\n<li>coin laundry<\/li>\n<li>bar area<\/li>\n<li>24-hour pavilion pantry market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Homewood Suites by Hilton offers a mix of studios and one-bedroom units with a fully-equipped kitchens and separate living and sleeping areas.
