The General Services Administration (GSA) will consolidate the agency&#8217;s five lease locations into one headquarters campus, relocating 3,700 employees in 2020.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The company will occupy 574,767 square feet of space at One Capital Gateway Drive.\u00a0The USCIS lease follows\u00a0the Transportation Security Administration&#8217;s (TSA) announcement that it is relocating from Pentagon City to its new 625,000-square-foot headquarters in Springfield, Va. JLL&#8217;s Jae Lee and William Ruppe spearheaded\u00a0the deal, and also represented the GSA in the USCIS lease transaction. JLL&#8217;s Brian Sullivan, supported by Art Turowski, Brian Saal, Lucy Kitchin and Jeff Hurvitz, represented the developer, Peter Schwartz.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Bustling location<\/h2>\n<p><em>&#8220;We are incredibly committed to the GSA&#8217;s move to bring USCIS to Prince George&#8217;s County,&#8221;<\/em> said Peter Schwartz, president of Peter N.G.
