University Corporate Center, Winter Park, Fla.<\/p><\/div>\n

Denholtz Associates signed office leases totaling 8,371 square feet of space at 6903-7129 University Blvd. in the University Corporate Center in Winter Park, Fla. with three companies: JourneyPure Orlando, TradeStar Inc. and Yotta Sky Group.<\/p>\n

University Corporate Center is located on a 12.2-acre site, half a mile east of the intersection of State Road 436 and University Blvd., and consists of seven single-story multi-tenant buildings with units between 1,300 and 20,800 square feet. The asset\u00a0is just six miles east of downtown Orlando, and near the University of Central Florida and the Central Florida Research Park. Interstate 4, routes 441 and 50, and Highway 417 all converge near the park\u2019s center, offering convenient access to other regions.<\/p>\n

Leasing details<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Jamie Barati, John Worrell and Katherine Zelman of Cite Partners represented Denholtz Associates in each of the transactions. Earlier this year, the company assisted Denholtz Associates in three other Orlando deals<\/a>. Cite also represented TradeStar Inc. in their negotiations, while JourneyPure was represented by David Brenner of C. Brenner Inc. and Jorge Matos of Keller Williams Realty represented Yotta Sky Group Inc.<\/p>\n

JourneyPure Orlando will occupy 3,264 square feet of office space. The new lease at the University Corporate Center will allow the company to better serve the greater Orlando area. JourneyPure is a behavioral healthcare firm built around deploying systems of care to treat those suffering from addiction.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2004, TradeStar Inc. is a professional services company specializing in providing staffing solutions for the electrical industry, operating satellite offices across Texas, Florida and Georgia. The company will occupy 2,557 square feet of office space at the University Corporate Center.<\/p>\n

Yotta Sky Group is an established leader in the commercial printing and integrated marketing services business.\u00a0The 2,550-square-foot lease in Winter Park will enable the company to better meet the needs of clients in Orlando and expand their business in the rapidly growing metro.<\/p>\n
