Several bay spaces will\u00a0be leased to new users, while build-to-suit warehouses have been designed for distribution and fulfillment centers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Business plan\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>Over the past six months, NRE has worked with Think Dutchess Alliance for Business, Empire State Development, Dutchess County Executive&#8217;s Office and the Town of East Fishkill to prepare the site for zoning and parcel subdivision for its planned facilities.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe business plan is to take advantage of the $1 billion in infrastructure that currently exists at the site and provide new warehouse distribution opportunities in the I-84 corporate growth corridor.
