Atlanta-based firm Storage Post acquired another self-storage property in Miami<\/a>. According to public records, the seller was an entity affiliated with former Dubble Bubble gum executive\u00a0Bruce Weiner. Storage Post acquired the property in a partnership with PGIM Real Estate.<\/p>\n

“It is a brand new facility in a very attractive market with great fundamentals.<\/em> This top shelf asset will be another prime property as we continue to grow the Storage Post portfolio in the\u00a0Miami<\/em>\/Fort Lauderdale\u00a0market,” Storage Post Chief Operating Officer Dylan Delaune said in a prepared statement.<\/p>\n

The recently completed five-story property is located at 641 NW 12th<\/sup> Ave. and is operated by an experienced staff of storage specialists.<\/p>\n

    The property is situated in the midst of Miami\u2019s Little Havana neighborhood and provides easy access throughout the entire area via the Dolphin Expressway and neighboring bus stations. Additionally, it is bounded by eateries and retailers as well as Marlins Park, located within walking distance.<\/p>\n

    With this acquisition, Storage Post\u2019s portfolio comprises 9 Florida properties and 26 assets in the Greater New York City area.<\/p>\n
