The first phase comprises more than 127,000 square feet of retail with views over the city\u2019s desert mountains.<\/p>\n<h2>A stage to connect all venues<\/h2>\n<p>The $45 million development phase will include the\u00a0live Entertainment Sound Stage in the center of the promenade. Designed by architect Darren Sowell, the stage\u00a0will connect to restaurants, pubs, entertainment, stores and kiosks. Moreover, the project will include a children\u2019s play area and dog park. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The tenant roster includes Altitude Trampoline Park, Alamo Theaters, Farburger, Outback, Bob\u2019s Big Boy, Boxing Bear Brewery, Metro PCS, Sport Clips, Juice It Up, Donut Mart, Yogurt Zone, Joe\u2019s Pizzeria, Chuck\u2019s Chiropractic, Spanish Bistro, U Choose Tacos, Divalish Desserts, C U Anytime Bank, Karate Kids Academy, Albuquerque Fitness Center and Jennifer\u2019s Coffee Connection.<\/p>\n<p>Phase two of the project will consist of a $100 million <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/abq-embraces-live-work-play-at-lobo-rainforest-building\/\">office high-rise<\/a> with a five-star rooftop restaurant.
