The tenant will occupy space on the property\u2019s ninth floor, consolidating its operations from five different offices.<\/p>\n<p>The Department of Citywide Administrative Services\u00a0will be the building\u2019s largest occupier, joining a roster of tenants comprising Connex International, MidVentures, FastMatch, Holborn, National Cargo Bureau and Stroock &amp; Stroock &amp; Lavan LLP, to name a few.<\/p>\n<h2>Recent upgrades<\/h2>\n<p>Built in 1982, the 41-story 180 Maiden Lane encompasses 1.2 million square feet of office space. The asset was renovated in 2015, Yardi Matrix data shows, and features a newly refurbished atrium plaza with indoor park seating, new conference and fitness center, upgraded locker rooms, a full-service cafeteria, as well as a coffee and juice bar. The Class A office building is also LEED certified.<\/p>\n<p>Neighboring amenities include the East River waterfront, retailers, art galleries, restaurants and other downtown landmarks.
