The team of brokers handling the listing includes Principal Brad Rosenberg, Vice President Bryan Weiss and Associate Lindsey Shaw. The space will be available by mid-2018, when the property is slated for delivery.<\/p>\n<h2>A state-of-the-art campus<\/h2>\n<p>Wagner Place, Ford Motor Co.\u2019s new facility, is a 150,000-square-foot development, which will replace the company\u2019s 60-year old facilities in West Dearborn. Built on the grounds of the former Wagner Hotel, which served the area for 120 years, the building will preserve and restore the hotel\u2019s fa\u00e7ade with its iconic turret. It will also be within walking distance of Ford\u2019s product development campus.<\/p>\n<p>Located on the southeast and southwest corners of Michigan Avenue and Monroe Street, the $60 million property will offer retail space on the first floor, two floors of office space and a rooftop patio for 600 Ford employees. Developers also plan to have the facility LEED certified.<\/p>\n<p>Wagner Land is just one of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/ford-to-invest-700m-in-michigan-factory-cancels-1-6b-mexican-plant\/\">Ford&#8217;s developments<\/a> started this year.
