St., Washington, D.C.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>UNIZO Holdings US received $165 million in permanent financing for two of its Washington, D.C. office properties. According to Yardi Matrix, the fixed-rate loan is set to mature in September 2024 and was funded by was New York Life Insurance Co. KeyBank Real Estate Capital negotiated the deal.<\/p>\n<p>The first property the mortgage encumbers is 1030 15<sup>th<\/sup> St. NW, a 332,022-square-foot, 12-story building. The property was built in 1963 and underwent a series of renovations in 2007, upon which it was awarded LEED Gold certification due to its high-performance fa\u00e7ade of energy-efficient structure. Other amenities include floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive corner balconies and a modern lobby with a water wall. The property overlooks McPherson Square, the Washington Monument and the National Cathedral.<\/p>\n<h2>Prime positioning<\/h2>\n<p>The second property is located at 1341 G. St. and features 132,714 square feet of space spread throughout ten stories. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/two-dc-office-buildings-sell-for-259m\/\">historic building<\/a> was constructed in 1903 and was renovated multiple times over the years.
