The\u00a0precast one-story construction features 32-foot clear heights, T-5 light fixtures, ESFR sprinklers, insulated ceilings and 178 trailer parking spaces. One loading door is at the grade level while 35 others are at the dock level.<\/p>\n<p>The building faces McCormack Park and offers easy access to Interstate 88 via Peace Road. The Chicago O\u2019Hare International Airport is approximately 60 miles from the property, but DeKalb Taylor Municipal Airport is only a few miles away.<\/p>\n<p>NAI Hiffman\u2019s team of brokers was made up of Executive Vice President John Cash and Vice Presidents Adam Naparsteck and David Haigh.
