Construction is set to begin in the second half of 2017 and is slated for completion in late 2018.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Master Plan Component<\/h2>\n<p>The 250,000-square-foot Offices at Chandler Viridian will be an addition to the 25-acre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.commercialsearch.com\/news\/hines-plans-early-2015-construction-start-for-chandler-mixed-use-project\/\">mixed-use Chandler Viridian<\/a> master plan development. The project will include a Cambria Hotel &amp; Suites, retail at Chandler Viridian PRIMEGATE, a dog park, Broadstone Fashion Center luxury apartments, a pedestrian promenade to the Chandler Fashion Center mall, a jogging trail connecting all of the properties and a public plaza with Wi-Fi.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Whiting Turner will serve as the project&#8217;s general contractor, while Jerry Roberts and Patrick Boyle of CBRE will handle leasing for the building.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe Offices at Chandler Viridian is a highly desirable office building offering users the connectivity needed in today\u2019s business world.
