In his new role, Lougee will spearhead the firm\u2019s corporate strategy and finance by facilitating retail investment financing, overseeing capital formation and investor relations and negotiating joint-venture partnerships.<\/p>\n<h2>10-year track record<\/h2>\n<p>Lougee joins from DDR Corp., a REIT that owns more than 300 open-air shopping centers, where he served as senior vice president of finance.
