The firm will occupy a total of 191,797 square feet of office space on the building\u2019s entire 14th and 16th floors and on part of the 17th floor. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The 29-story building is located at 11 Madison Ave. and encompasses 2.3 million square feet of space, taking up an entire city block. Amenities include oversize floor plates, a rooftop garden, terraces overlooking the city, a full-service cafeteria, a barbershop and the world-renowned Eleven Madison Park restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>The asset is adjacent to Madison Square Park, just minutes away from retailers, restaurants and cultural landmarks. Three nearby subway stations facilitate transportation.<\/p>\n<h2>No vacancy<\/h2>\n<p>Yelp\u2019s lease brings the building to full occupancy.
