Sun Equity Partners owns the property, and Bob\u2019s Discount Furniture, which took up 31,400 square feet of space on the entire second floor and part of the first floor, is the anchor tenant. The other anchor tenant is LA Fitness, which signed a 37,000-square-foot lease and is expected to move in this fall.<\/p>\n<h2>Retail-oriented corridor<\/h2>\n<p>The property is located at 1235 W. Chestnut St. and has a 23,000-square-foot vacanct space, in addition to smaller spaces that start at 1,400 square feet. The shopping center is located along Route 22, bounded by other retailers such as Costco, Walmart, Target, ShopRite, Best Buy and an upcoming LIDL Supermarket.<\/p>\n<p>CBRE\u2019s Michael Horne, Steven Winters and Nicole Jadoo are handling the leasing services for the property.
