However, the price per square foot for this category decreased on a year-over-year basis by 8.1 percent. Compared to the second quarter of 2016, Suburban Office properties ranked among the top with an increase of 11.7 percent, followed by Garden Apartment properties (4.7 percent) and Industrial properties (4.2 percent).
